MultiLevel
Level 1 and Level 2 students will be challenged to reach toward their bodies' current potential with these varied and stimulating classes. Inversions, hand balances and backbends are developed.
Hatha Flow
A vinyasa style flow of movement characterizes this class. Class is geared to those with a knowledge of yoga poses and a physical ability to move through poses in quick succession.
Restorative
A slow-pace rejuvenating class. After a slow session of breathing and body opening, a series of poses performed with complete support for the body allow gentle and relaxing physical, mental and emotional release. Props such as pillows, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows make this class a treat for your whole being.
Gentle
Simple body movements performed at your own pace allow for a gentle introduction for the body to the movements and poses of yoga. Varieties of props, such as chairs, bolsters, blocks and anything that helps us to encourage our bodies to become stronger, more flexible and open. Yogic breathing techniques invite the breath to rejuvenate and nourish the body.
Progressive Flow
Suitable for anyone capable of participating in Basic or MultiLevel
classes. This four-week session of classes starts with a easeful flow
to introduce the concept of movement through the poses, and opens the
student to a graceful progress from pose to pose, breath to breath and
moment to moment.
